Special Update February 2020

Due to a five-fold increase in booking requests over summer, we are run off our feet leading into each weekend, increasing delays to responses. We have hired some additional administration staff to clear the backlog but it is ongoing and we appreciate your patience. 

Further, we have received over 30 requests for 10/10/20, which suggests it is going to be the busiest day in the wedding industry for a long time. We chose to save a few couples whose photobooths cancelled on them for 22/02/20, another popular number sequence Saturday, and foresee many less-professional suppliers bailing out on 10/10/20 clients when they make promises they can't keep. We will be hiring and training backup staff for 10/10/20 as our fail-safe supplier network is mostly booked out already. We are recouping that cost with a small surcharge which is currently $150 inc GST and may increase as the remaining capacity books out. We are putting our customers first which this time requires preparing for October in February.
